Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between stock lenses and Rx lenses?

Stock lenses are pre-made in common prescription ranges and ship immediately from inventory. Rx (custom prescription) lenses are ground to a specific patient's exact power, cylinder, axis and PD — they take a little longer but cover prescriptions outside the standard stock range.

What lens types do you offer?

Single Vision, Bi-Focal, Progressive, and Blue Block lenses — all available as either ready stock or made to your custom Rx.

Can I order stock lenses without a prescription?

Yes — stock lenses are ordered by lens type and power range for your own inventory, no individual prescription needed. Rx orders do require the patient's prescription details or an attached scan.

What information do you need for an Rx lens order?

SPH, CYL, AXIS and ADD for each eye plus PD (pupillary distance). You can enter these directly in the order form or simply attach a photo or PDF of the prescription.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by lens type and are confirmed with our team after you submit an enquiry — reach out via the order form and we'll get back to you with exact terms.

How long does a custom Rx lens order take to process?

Custom Rx orders typically take longer than stock lens shipments since each pair is ground to the individual prescription. Our team will confirm exact turnaround once your order and prescription details are reviewed.
